Frontal impact: The protection offered to the driver head was adequate and neck was good. Passenger head and neck received good protection. Driver chest showed poor protection and passenger chest showed adequate protection. Driver knees showed marginal and weak protection as they can impact with dangerous structures behind the fascia, passenger´s knees showed marginal protection. Driver and passenger´s tibias showed adequate and good protection. Footwell area was rated as unstable. The bodyshell was rated unstable. Side impact: Head and pelvis protection was good, chest and abdomen protection was weak. Side Pole Impact: not performed as the car does not have side head protection even as optional. Whiplash: The seat showed good protection to the adult neck but could not score due to not meeting the pre-requisite of rear impact structural requirements. The manufacturer declined to recommend CRS for the test. The child seat for the 3-year-old child was installed forward facing using ISOFIX anchorages and top tether. It was capable of preventing head excursion beyond the acceptable limits and offered good protection to the head but weak to the neck. The Q1.5 was installed rearward facing using the adult seatbelt, the CRS prevented the head exposure offering good protection to the head but weak to the chest. Side Impact: Both CRSs offered full protection. All of the CRSs tested for installation failed as the car manual did not indicate the adequate positions for different sizes of CRSs. The car has ISOFIX anchorages as standard but the marking does not meet Latin NCAP criteria. All seating positions are equipped with three-point seatbelts. Airbag warning when a rearward CRS is installed in the passenger seat but does not meet Latin NCAP requirements. The car does not have a passenger airbag disconnection switch.
